The first and foremost thing that has brought up Ms Teams as an exceptionally useful tool for work spaces is its compatibility in dealing with all kinds of files. Users can simultaneously share , sync and upload all kinds of trees. These files can be edited and showed by multiple users and shared amongst team members. The collaboration with SharePoint has made work much easier and also the features-that are mentioned below as user tips make things much easier and convenient .

The option to create new tabs as per requirement is one of the innovative features of SharePoint. Letting you add a new tab specifically for any important file , document or content, the ease of access has definitely been scaled up with this added feature.

Another feature that has been the talk of the town is of adding a complete SharePoint library to your SharePoint . Adhering to permissions SharePoint allows you to put up all files, folders and documents that exist anywhere on the intranet under a new specific tab that acts as a library with data from all channels. The best part of this feature is that as mentioned, it does not change or modify the permissions for any file shared.

The dynamics of Ms Teams have been nothing short of a revolution. The News tab that gets added automatically once three news articles are published is one such feature. Once created, all the news that is published is directly synced with this tab and can be seen by all team members in the MS Teams.

Similarly, any news page can be shared within teams as a separate tab and what’s more, a similar news tab, common to the entire organization can also be put up which is open for access to all. Also adding to the numerous other features is the conversation thread that can be started amongst team members on any published content directly. Rather than having to  chat boxes and refer to any url or any documented content, users can now simply start any communication there itself on the article or content in context .
